It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s wilt that we announce the promotion to glory of Tarasira Kanyiva Njiru, beloved wife of Peter Njiru Kamwocere of Kiamboa, Kathunguri, Embu.
She was the daughter of the late Silas Meru Munduwararia and the late Teresia Nthereru of Nembure. Sister of the late Kaniovi, Kirigi, late Severina, late Michael, late Simon, late Gachungi and Catherine.
She was the loving mother of Dr. Evangeline (Moi University), James (Boston Enterprises), Catherine (KEMU), Martin (WFP) and Carol (KWS). She was the mother-in-law of Prof. Eren, Charity and Bessie.
She was a dotting grandmother of Susan, Anthony, Gloria, Christina,Trevor, Bakhita, Cynthia, Asher, Clara, Eddie and Amelia.
The cortege will depart from Consolata Mission Hospital Kyeni Morgue on Friday 19th December 2025 at 8:00 a.m. for a funeral service at Christ the King Catholic Church, Kathunguri and burial thereafter at her home in Kiamboa, Runyenjes.
