It is with deep sorrow and heaviness of heart that we announce the passing on to glory of Beatrice Ommbaka Asienwa on 9th December 2025.
Daughter of the late Brigadiers Nehemiah and Sophiah Asienwa, mother of Ryan Mbagaya. Ryan’s siblings include Young, Vienna, Arcadius, Teresa, Brian, Joe and Adika. Mother-in-law of Alvine Osur (Christine) and grandmother of Shanelle Mayah and Christian Millar.
Sister of the late Clyde, the late Richard, the late Catherine, Teresah, Joan and Osborn. Sister-in-law of the late Felgonah, the late Elizabeth, and Leah Masetu. In-law of Killion Osur, the late Mary and Peris Osur. Auntie of Jemimah Otido, the late Tom, Eddie, Wendy, the late Geoffrey, Jackie, Alice, Ndika, Cecil and Captain Sophiah Majengo of The Salvation Army, the late John, Victor Rapando, amongst many others.
Meetings are taking place in Nairobi and at her home in Namanda Sikhendu. The Cortege leaves Moi Teaching & Referral Hospital Funeral Home on Friday at 9.00 am. For a memorial service at Maliki Salvation Army Church.
There will be a fundraising at her home at Namanda on Wednesday 17th December 2025.
Burial ceremony will take place n 20th December 2025 at her home in Namanda village.
