STRESS?ANXIOUSNESS? ANXIETY?

Dear reader, I know most of us if not all of us have experienced stress and anxiety in our lives. When the world seems to move so fast and we are unable to cope with the speed, then we are most likely to experience stress and anxiety.
Stress becomes dangerous when the factors or situations causing it become commonplace since this entails the risk of developing certain psychosomatic illnesses.
Excessive anxiousness, dizziness, a distorted sensation of reality, and uncontrolled fear of imminent death are, among others, unmistakable symptoms of undergoing an anxiety crisis.
I have hope that a new life free from stress and anxiety is possible. You can and must control and run your life!
